Abstract This Act provides for the banning from use, importation,distribution and production detergents for domestic and industrial use, containing the so called hard surfactants with low biodegradability rate including hard or branded alkyl benzene, hard or branched alkyl benzene surfactants, hard or branded dodecyl benzene sulfonates, branched dodecyl benzene, their sodium or potassium salts and othersimilar chemical compounds.
