Abstract This Act establishes the requirements to be met in order to sale Veterinary Biologics and Medicinal Preparation. In particular, it specifies that store or sell biologics and medicinal preparations is allowed only to registered pharmacies or drugstores (boticas), biological laboratories, veterinary clinics and government veterinary agencies. The manager or proprietor of any agency, store, or entity which fails to comply with the provisions of this Act shall be guilty or misdemeanor, and upon convictions shall be punished by a fine of not less than penalties violations for one hundred pesos nor more than two hundred pesos for imprisonment for not less than thirty days nor more than six months, or by both fine and imprisonment for each offense, and shall be the duty of the Provincial or City Fiscal where such offense is committed to prosecute all persons violating the provisions of this Act, upon proper complaint being made.
