Abstract The present Regulation enforces the Animal Health Act, 2009 (S.O. 2009, c 31). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the designation of a number of hazards, such as animal diseases, which laboratories shall report to the Agriculture Ministry. Laboratories shall also provide notice of animal disease in terrestrial animals (including amphibians and birds) that are also reportable or immediately notifiable under federal regulations made under the Health of Animals Act (Canada).
