Abstract The present Regulation is made under the Animal Health Act. In particular, Schedule 1 lists reportable diseases prescribed for the purposes of section 3(a) of the Act and other than diseases caused by a toxic agent, include the condition of carrying a disease causing agent that causes those disease and Schedule 2 lists notifiable diseases prescribed for the purposes of section 4(a) of the Act and include the condition of carrying a disease causing agent that causes those diseases.
