Abstract

This Order provides that no new renewables obligation certificates (ROCs) are to be issued under a renewables obligation order in respect of electricity generated after 31st March 2017 unless the electricity is generated in any one or more of the circumstances provided for in the Order. The Order concerns, among other things, stations generating electricity from biomass or wind.
