Entry into force notes
These Regulations enter into force as follows: (a) on the day after registration: regulations 1, 2 and 3 (b) on the day that item 6 of Schedule 3 to the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Amendment Act 2009 enters into force: regulations 4 and 5 and Schedule 1; (c) on 1 February 2010: regulations 6 and 7.
Abstract

These Regulations implement provisions of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Amendment Act 2009 as incorporated in the consolidated version of the Renewable Energy (Electricity) Act 2000 in relation with the transition of State legislated renewable energy target schemes into the expanded national Renewable Energy Target (RET) scheme.
