The Regulations lay down provisions relating to standards concerning renewable energy. At the outset the Regulations contain a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as, for example, “designated lands”, “distribution system”, “electricity standard approval”, “net-metering arrangement”, “renewable low impact electricity”.
