In particular, under this Regulation fuel suppliers choose their own approach for compliance with Part 3 (Low Carbon Fuel Requirements) of the afore-mentioned Act. Fuel suppliers may choose to: i) Supply more low carbon fuels; ii) Acquire credits through a Part 3 Agreement; iii) Trade credits with other suppliers.
