In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to reliability standards. Section 2 establishes that a reliability standard made by the Midwest Reliability Organization (MRO) is listed in Schedule 1 is adopted as a reliability standard for Manitoba, and takes effect on the date listed opposite the standard.
