Abstract

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under section 2(a) the Animal Identification Act, 2002 in regulation 12, subsection (3) which now reads: In the case of pigs, the identification mark must be applied by means of tattooing in the left or right ear or on the left or right side of the neck or shoulder area".
