Abstract

The present Regulations enact subsection 332(1) of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. Section 1 establishes that an application for a permit referred to in section 127 or 128 of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 shall be submitted in the form set out in the Schedule and shall contain the information relevant to the application that is provided for in the Schedule. The application shall be submitted in writing or in an electronic format that is provided by the Department of the Environment. The text consists of 3 sections and 1 Schedule.
