Certain methods of fishing are prohibited in specified areas (regs. 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5). Regulation 3.6 provides for fishing by traditional bottom trawlers, provisions of regulation 7 provide for the non-interference of commercial fishing with artisanal fishing.
