Abstract

This Notice of the Minister of Health, made under section 2 of the Hazardous Substances Act, 1973, declares carbon tertrachloride, subject to specified exceptions, as a Group I hazardous substance for purposes of the Act. Exempted importers or manufacturers shall adhere to Regulations regarding Group I Category A hazardous substances.
