Abstract

These Regulations amend the Regulations on Plant Breeders’ Rights in Table 2. Table 2 specifies fees for, among other things: application for the grant of a plant breeder's right, examination for a plant breeder's right, claim to give priority in terms of section 8(2) of the Act to an application for the grant of a plant breeder's right, an objection to the grant of a plant breeder's right, notice of the transfer of a plant breeder's right, inspection of the register of plant breeders' rights and examination of samples to determine varietal purity.
