Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 22 of the Plant Quarantine Act of 2008, concern application for and issue of an application for the permit referred to in section 4(1) of the Act. They also specify ports of entry for purposes of the Act and provide with respect to import requirements, clearance certificates and inspections, issue of phytosanitary certifications for exportation, and review procedures set out in section 20 of the Act. An application for a review must be made to the Minister. The Annexures specify forms and fees.
