An application for a licence and a licence shall be in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. Such licences shall be issued by the Director-General who may subject the licence to conditions. The Regulations also, among other things, provide for: records to be kept by approved dealer; appeal against decisions of the Director-General; and measures in case of non-compliance with standards.
