Abstract

These Regulations, surviving the under Animal Health Act, prescribe that no cattle, sheep, goats, pigs or other cloven-hoofed stock shall be moved in or out of the border control areas described in the Schedule hereto, except upon the authority of a written permit issued by a State Veterinarian and subject to such conditions as he or she may specify in such permit. Also, no animal or vegetable product shall be moved out of the Border control areas described in the Schedule hereto, or from one place to any other place within those areas except on the authority of a written permit issued by a State Veterinarian and subject to such conditions as he or she may specify in such permit.
