Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to ensure the smooth going of power production and construction, and maintain public security. The Regulations are divided into 6 Chapters: General provisions (I); Scope of protection and protected area of power facilities (II); Protection of power facilities (III); Handling the interfering with each other of power facilities and other facilities (IV); Rewards and penalties (V); Supplementary provisions (VI).
