These Regulations enter into force on 1 January 1992.
Abstract

These Regulations contain the principal provisions relating to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, its sphere of activity, its internal organization, its main subordinated agencies and other bodies, its departments, international relations, internal and work procedures and competencies of Department Chiefs. The Ministry shall be responsible for the creation of a sound and varied use of renewable natural resources and as such is the principal State organ for the administration of forestry, agriculture, fisheries and wildlife. Section 4 lists all agencies, institutes, and central offices which are placed under the Ministry including the Forestry Agency, the Land Survey Board, and the Rural District Offices. The Departments of the Ministry are the following; Administrative Affairs, Agricultural Policy, Forestry Policy, Rural Activities Development, Fish and Wildlife, Veterinary and Food. (41 sections)
