Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to improve the professional ethics and quality of rural doctors, strengthen the management of rural doctors’ practice, protect the legitimate rights and interests of rural doctors, and ensure the villagers to access to primary health care services. The Regulations consist of 49 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions; Registration of Practitioners; Rules of practitioner; Training and assessment; Legal liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
