Abstract Each Rural Activities District Office shall carry out, within its respective districts, the tasks as indicated in the Fisheries Act, i.e. the control and supervision of fisheries, the conservation of fish resources and the keeping of the register. Borders and residence of the Offices shall be established by the Ministry of Agriculture (sect. 2). The delineation of responsibilities in the field of fisheries control and management shall be established separately (sec.4).
