Abstract

The puepose of these Regulations is to accomplish the residents-resettlement work for the Three Gorges Project construction and protect the lawful rights and interests of residents to be resettled. The Regulations consist of 6 Chapters divided into 64 articles: General Provisions (I); Settlement of Resettled Residents (II); Administration of Inundation and Resettlement Areas(III); Management of and Supervision over the Use of Residents-Resettlement Funds (IV); Supporting Measures (V); Penalty Provisions(VI); Supplementary Provisions(VII).
