The Text consists of 20 Articles. The fishery administrative departments at all levels and their administrative organs shall earnestly strengthen the management of the reproductive protection of aquatic resources, establish a fishery licensing system, verify the development quantity and operation types of fishing vessels and fishing gear, register fishing vessels, strengthen supervision and inspection, and ensure the rational utilization of aquatic resources.
