Abstract

These Regulations aim to guarantee that the Wenchuan post-earthquake disaster recovery and reconstruction work is carried out effectively, orderly and effectively, and promote the economic and social recovery and development of disaster areas. The Text consists of 80 Articles divided into 9 Chapters: General provisions (I); Transitional settlement (II); Investigation and assessment(III); Recovery and reconstruction planning(IV); Recovery and reconstruction implementation (V); Funds raising and policy supports(VI); Supervision and administration (VII); Legal liabilities (VIII); Supplementary provisions (IX).
