These Regulations entered into force on 1 april 2010.
Abstract

These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Meteorology Law of the People’s Republic of China, aiming to strengthen the defense against meteorological disasters, avoid or mitigate the losses caused by meteorological disasters, protect the life and property safety of the people. The Text divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Prevention (II); Monitoring, Forecasting and Early Warning (III); Emergency Disposal (IV); Legal Liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions.
