Abstract

These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. The Regulations are established to define the descriptive wording used to show the amount of nutrients in prepackaged food products. Nutrition claims are divided into two categories "moderate intake" and "supplementary intake" subject to the impact of the intake of the particular nutrient on national health.
