These Regulations take effect on 1 July 2003.
Abstract

These Regulations provide rules for the establishment of tariffs for water services by water service providers. Regulation 3 concerns the determination of revenue requirements by a water providing institution. In subsidizing water services tariffs in accordance with regulation 3, a water services institution must consider the right of access to basic water supply and the right of access to basic sanitation when determining which water services tariffs are to be subsidized. Regulation 4 specifies categories and levels of water services.
