The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 September 2008.
Abstract

The present Regulations lay down detailed provisions for the implementation of the Swine Fever Ordinance in its consolidated version of 20 December 2005 (BGBl. I p. 3547). The text consists of 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Implementation of various articles (II); Monitoring programme (III); Adjustment of the implementing provisions to the Swine Fever Ordinance (IV); Final provisions (V).Five Annexes are enclosed.
