The Competent Authority may impose restrictions or order the self-user to apply for the permit. The Regulations specify the matters to be stated in the reclaimed water usage plan. After approval of the Plan, a water permit shall be issued, which shall, among other things, specify the water intake construction, for which the self-user shall submit the completion report and the inspection and maintenance manual to the Competent Authority for inspection.
