The present Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Fisheries Ordinance of 18 December 1997. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to closed fishing seasons in the Canton Obwalden. The text consists of 4 articles.
