Abstract

Land plots of the Agricultural Land Redistribution Fund are allocated for the establishment of new and operation of existing seed-growing, livestock-breeding, testing and selecting, experimental farms and state variety testing enterprises that are included into the list approved by the Decree of the Government dated October 4, 1994, No. 745, under condition of implementation of a thorough reform and maintenance of their specialisation in the field of livestock-breeding and seed-growing business. Before allocation of land from the Agricultural Land Redistribution Fund, the Commission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food shall assess the conditions of farms. According to the Resolution of the Directorate of Land and Agrarian Reform within the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Kyrgyz Republic, all required documents on allocation of land plots to the agricultural enterprises are prepared by the rayon land management service.
