Abstract These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Protection of New Varieties of Plants with the purpose of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of registers of new varieties of horticultural plants, encouraging the cultivation, introduction and use of new varieties of horticultural plants, and promoting horticulture development, cooperation and exchange.
