Abstract

These Regulations aim to strengthen the protection, development, and rational use of the Yili River and Ergis River fishery resources, and maintain the ecological and environmental balance of the Yili River, Irtysh River fishery resources and fishery waters, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of fishery producers. The Regulations consist of 30 articles divided into 5 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Fisheries (II); Increase and Protection of Fishery Resources (III); Legal liabilities(IV); Supplementary Provisions(V).
