Abstract

These Regulations aim to prevent and mitigate the losses caused by droughts and disasters, ensure domestic water consumption, coordinate production and ecological water consumption, and promote sustained and healthy development of the economy and society. The Regulations consist of 40 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions; Disaster Prevention; Drought Control and Relief; Safeguards; Legal Liabilities; Supplementary Provisions.
