Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of rural enterprises under collective ownership, and guide the healthy development thereof. The Text consists of45 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions (I); Establishment, change and termination of the township enterprises (II); Owners and business operators of township enterprises (III); Rights and obligations of township enterprises (IV); Management of township enterprises(V); Relationship between township enterprises and related government departments (VI); Rewards and penalties(VII); Supplementary provisions (VIII).
