Abstract

These Regulations are formulated to safeguard the development of the petroleum industry and promote international economic cooperation and technical exchange. The Text consists of 27 articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Rights and obligations of the parties to petroleum contracts (II); Petroleum Operations(III); Supplementary Provisions (IV).
