Abstract

These Regulations, consisting of 43 Articles, are enacted to effectively prevent and put out forest and grassland fires, reduce the harm of forest and grassland fires, and protect forest and grassland resources and the safety of people's lives and properties. The Regulations are divided into 7 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Forest and Grassland Fire Protection Organizations (II); Forest and Grassland Fire Prevention (III); Forest and Grassland Fire Extinguishing and Rescue (IV); Dealing with Problems Arising from an Fire Accident(V); Legal Responsibility (VI); Supplementary Provisions (VII).
