These Regulations enter into force on 18 December 1998.
Abstract

The purpose of Measures is to strengthen the administration of the salt sector, ensure the effective implementation of the salt monopoly and the elimination of iodine deficiency, and protect the health of citizens. The Measures is divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Salt Production (II); Management of Transportation and Sales (III); Supervision and Inspection (IV); Legal Responsibility (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
