The Text consists of 49 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Agricultural Machinery Scientific Research, Extension, Education and Training (II); Commercialized Services (III); Business Operation and Management (IV); Quality Supervision (V); Safety Supervision and Management (VI); Legal Responsibility (VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII). Local governments at or above level shall incorporate the promotion of agricultural mechanization into their plans of national economic and social development, and encourage the development of agricultural machinery commercialized services.
