Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the management of agricultural machinery, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the owners, operators and users of agricultural machinery. The Text consists of 49 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Agricultural Machinery Scientific Research, Extension, Education and Training (II); Commercialized Services (III); Business Operation and Management (IV); Quality Supervision (V); Safety Supervision and Management (VI); Legal Responsibility (VII); Supplementary Provisions (VIII). Local governments at or above level shall incorporate the promotion of agricultural mechanization into their plans of national economic and social development, and encourage the development of agricultural machinery commercialized services. Units and individuals who purchase tractors and combines, shall apply to the competent agricultural machinery safety supervision and management authorities at county level for registration, and obtain registration certificates, driving licenses, etc.
