These Regulations entered into force on 1 July 2007.
Abstract

The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the prevention and control of water pollution along the area of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, to ensure water quality, protect and improve the ecological environment, promote the coordinated development of economy, society and environment.
