These Regulations enter into force on 1 April 2010.
Abstract

The aim of these Regulations is to strengthen the management of livestock and poultry slaughter, ensure the quality and safety of livestock and poultry products, and protect the health of citizens. The Text consists of 44 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Establishment, planning and approval (II); Slaughter at Designated Location (III); Inspection and Supervision (IV); Legal Liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
