The Regulations consist of 62 articles divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Establishment of contracted management rights of rural land (II); Protection of contracted management rights of rural land (III); Administration of the contracted management right certificates of rural land (IV); Circulation of contracted management rights of rural land (V); Settlement of Disputes and Legal Responsibility (VI); Supplementary provisions (VII).
