The Regulations cover the following procedural matters: forms details; conditions of registration; special rules for captive wild animals, and wildlife kept in zoos, circuses, botanical and other exhibitions; procedure for applying for a permit, including a sea import permit; issuance, suspension and revocation of permits; fines in case of misconduct.
