Abstract These Regulations, made under section 16 of the Agricultural Pests Act, 1983 (Act no. 36 of 1983), provide for amending the Regulations published by Government Notice no. R. 111 of 27 January 1984, by replacing the table 1 concerning fees payable for specific services, including: inspection of a quarantine area; test, examination or analysis of samples, taken for identification and detection of bacteria, fungi, insects, virus, and other organisms; herbaceous indexing for the detection of viruses; appeal according to section 11 of the Act.
