Abstract

These Regulations declare that the Animal Identification Act, 2002 shall apply in respect of the animals set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. Section 2(a) prescribes that the Act applies in respect of animals declared by the Minister of Agriculture by Notice in the Gazette.
