Abstract The present Regulations enact section 16 of the Water Power Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the administration of Provincial Water Powers. The text – consisting of 92 sections – deals, inter alia, with the following matters: small water powers, publications and hearings, survey permits, general layout plans, priority permit, the interim licence, general construction plans, rights in land under interim licence, inspection and reports, term of licences renewal or termiantion, limited rigths in lands and care of lands.
