These Regulations enter into force on 19 August 2014.
Abstract

These regulations are formulated in accordance with the Paragraph 3 of Article 37 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation. The Regulations consist of 28 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Accreditation Requirements and Procedure for Testing Institutions (II); Management of Accredited Testing Institutions (III); Procedure for the Outsourcing of Accreditation Work (IV); Management of Independent Providers (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).
