These Regulations shall enter into force from the date of promulgation.
Abstract

These Regulations are enacted in accordance with Article 7 and Article 8, paragraph 3 of the Fisheries Act. The Regulations, consisting of 33 articles, provide for the conditions, procedures and rules to be satisfied for the application, approval and issuance of the building permit and fishing license of fishing vessels. The Regulations further cover, among others, the permissions of the modification, chartering and importation of fishing vessels and fishery types to be engaged in.
