Each consignment shall furthermore be accompanied by a veterinary health certificate certifying that: (a) the country of origin has been free from diseases; (b) the milk or milk products derive from animals that have been examined, tested and certified to be free from tuberculosis and healthy; (c) the milk or milk products were processed, packed and stored under sanitary conditions and do not contain any preservative, colouring matter, residue or foreign substance or harmful material.
