The consignment of animals shall be accompanied, first of all, by an import licence (regulation 1) and, moreover, by a certificate containing a full description of the animal as well as a veterinary certification. Upon arrival of the animals in Malaysia the animals shall be subject to quarantine measures for a period of at least 10 days at the approved quarantine stations.
